Joe<\/em>, has proven what many science fiction fans already knew, that zombies are popular.<\/p>\n<p>IDW Publishing will be releasing a second printing of the debut comic, which was written by <strong>Dan Abnett <\/strong>and<strong> Andy Lanning<\/strong> and illustrated by <strong>David Messina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/Infestation0103111.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-11251\" title=\"Infestation010311\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/Infestation0103111.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>&#8220;The response to<em> Infestation<\/em> has completely exceeded our expectations,&#8221; said <strong>Chris Ryall<\/strong>, IDW Chief Creative Officer and Editor in Chief. &#8220;This project has been in the works for years and it&#8217;s very regarding for all of us at IDW to see it getting such a positive response.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em>Infestation #1<\/em> begins in IDW&#8217;s <em>Zombies vs. Robots<\/em> universe, where &#8220;something goes horribly wrong and ultimately infests the other four sci-fi worlds, including <em>Star Trek<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Star Trek: Infestation #1 <\/em>and<em> #2<\/em> will ship in February.
