{"id":11266,"date":"2011-02-01T10:48:17","date_gmt":"2011-02-01T18:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=11266"},"modified":"2011-02-01T10:48:17","modified_gmt":"2011-02-01T18:48:17","slug":"shatner-and-tapping-to-co-star-together-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2011\/02\/shatner-and-tapping-to-co-star-together-online\/","title":{"rendered":"Shatner And Tapping To Co-Star Together Online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Star Trek<\/em>&#8216;s <strong>William Shatner<\/strong> and <em>Stargate SG-1<\/em>&#8216;s <strong>Amanda Tapping<\/strong> will be working together in the online animated series<em> The Zenoids<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Zenoids <\/em>will launch on Shatner&#8217;s <em>MyOuterspace.com<\/em> social website, with production on the webisodes to begin later this month.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/TheZenoids020111.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11267\" title=\"TheZenoids020111\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/TheZenoids020111.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"124\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The two actors met last summer, and Tapping joked to Shatner that they should do a show together. &#8220;Who knew it would come true?&#8221; said Tapping, after receiving Shatner&#8217;s phone call. &#8220;I&#8217;m so excited to be launching this very cool project with William Shatner.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In <em>The Zenoids<\/em>, a space-faring family of Amphibinoid musicians who travel through space performing along the way.
