Fans looking for Star Trek<\/em> memorabilia are in luck as over a dozen lots featuring Star Trek <\/em>items of interest will be up for auction next weekend including at least one item sure to catch the attention of original series fans.<\/p>\n

The Premiere Props auction will be held on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 at the Premiere Props Warehouse located at 128 Sierra St. El Segundo, CA 90245, at 11 AM Pacific Time.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Over one thousand items from various shows and movies, including some from Star Trek<\/em>, will be offered to the public. Of special interest to fans of the original series will be lot #308, which contains an actual silicone latex ear worn by Leonard Nimoy<\/strong> as Spock in Star Trek: The Motion Picture<\/em>. “Spock’s ears are an iconic part of Star Trek <\/em>and fans across the world would love to own it,” said Premier Props’ Dan Levins<\/strong>. “We’ve already had lots of bids.” The ear was acquired directly from the prop master of Star Trek: The Motion Picture<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Other Trek items of interest include animated cels from Star Trek: The Animated Series<\/em> \"\"<\/a>featuring Scotty and Kirk, concept sketches and drawings, a suit worn by Armin Shimerman<\/strong> as Herbert Rossoff in Far Beyond the Stars<\/em>, a Star Trek: The Next Generation<\/em> Writer\/Director’s Guide, a draft of the Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country<\/em> screenplay and other items.
