There will be thirteen conventions, shows or appearances in June and July that feature actors of interest to Star Trek <\/em>fans. This listing of conventions and shows features actors from all five of the televised series and several of the Star Trek<\/em> movies.<\/p>\n

In June, ConCarolinas 2011<\/a> will take place at the Charlotte Hilton University Place, in Charlotte, North Carolina, from June 3-5. Star Trek: Enterprise<\/em>‘s John Billingsley<\/strong> (Dr. Phlox) and Bonita Friedericy <\/strong>will be in attendance at Con Carolinas 2011.<\/p>\n

On June 11, the Frank & Son collectible Show<\/a> will be held in from 9 AM to 5 PM in Industry, California. The autograph signing event is billed as their 2nd Annual Star Trek<\/em> Fan Day. Trek actors in attendance will be Marina Sirtis, Tim Russ, John De Lancie, Catherine Hicks, Richard Herd, Robert Picardo, Chase Masterson, Tucker Smallwood, Carolyne Barry, Larry Hankin <\/strong>and Carel Struycken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Next up is Creation Entertainment’s Official Star Trek Convention-Vancouver<\/a> to be held at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, from June 10-12. In attendance will be: Nichelle Nichols, George Takei, Gwynyth Walsh, Barbara March, J.G. Hertzler, Robert O’Reilly, Nana Visitor, Rene Auberjonois, Dominic Keating, Connor Trinneer<\/strong> and Alan Scarfe<\/strong> (The Next Generation<\/em>‘s Admiral Mendek from Data’s Day<\/em> and Tokath from Birthright: Part 2<\/em>).<\/p>\n

For Spanish Trek fans, Weekend Trek 2011 CIFICON<\/a> (site in Spanish), will be held June 17-19 in Barcelona. In attendance will be Andrew Robinson<\/strong> and Alexander Siddig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Creation Entertainment’s Official Star Trek Convention-Parsippany<\/a> will take place at the Parsippany Hilton in Parsippany, NJ from June 24-26. In attendance will be: Jonathan Frakes, Nichelle Nichols, Connor Trinneer, Barbara March, Gwynyth Walsh, Dominic Keating, Grace Lee Whitney, Nana Visitor, Bobby Clark<\/strong> (The Gorn) and Rene Auberjonois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the same weekend, Texas Comicon 2011<\/a> will be held at the San Antonio Event Center in San Antonio, Texas. Star Trek: The Next Generation<\/em>‘s Brent Spiner <\/strong>will be in attendance at Texas Comicon 2011.<\/p>\n

Wrapping up June will be the Albuquerque Comic Expo<\/a>. The Albuquerque Comic Expo will be held June 24-26 at the Albuquerque Convention Center, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Trek actors in attendance include: Marina Sirtis<\/strong> and LeVar Burton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The month of July kicks off with Shore Leave 33<\/a>, which will be held July 8-10 at the Marriott Hunt Valley Inn in Hunt Valley, Maryland has announced an additional guest of interest. In addition to the three Trek actors (John de Lancie, Sally Kellerman<\/strong> and Gary Lockwood<\/strong>), astronaut John Grunsfeld<\/strong> will be in attendance.<\/p>\n

Grunsfeld will be giving a talk entitled “House Call in Space: Servicing the Hubble Space Telescope” during the course of the weekend, where he will detail his experiences in space, including multiple space walks. Grunsfeld has been a part of the crew of five space shuttle missions, and is also the Deputy Director of the Baltimore-based Space Telescope Science Institute.<\/p>\n

Polaris25<\/a> will be held from July 15-17 at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel, in Richmond Hill, Ontario. In attendance will be Star Trek: Deep Space Nine<\/em>‘s Armin Shimerman<\/strong> and author Keith R.A. DeCandido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the same weekend, the Creation Entertainment Official Star Trek Convention in Boston<\/a> will be held at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge in Boston. In attendance will be William Shatner, Connor Trinneer, Gwynyth Walsh, Barbara March, Dominic Keating, J.G. Hertzler, Max Grodenchik, Robert O’Reilly, Ethan Phillips, Jeffrey Combs, Casey Biggs<\/strong> and Vaughn Armstrong<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The popular San Diego Comic Con<\/a> will make its yearly appearance at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego from July 21-24.<\/p>\n

Cyphan 2<\/a> will take place at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Ill, from July 29-31. Star Trek: Voyager<\/em>‘s Robert Picardo<\/strong> and Deep Space Nine<\/em>‘s Chase Masterson<\/strong> will be at Cyphan 2.<\/p>\n

Wrapping up July will be another Creation Entertainment Official Star Trek Convention – Nashville<\/a>, to be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort July 29-31. In attendance, will be William Shatner, Connor Trinneer, Gwynyth Walsh, Barbara March, Dominic Keating, J.G.
