Anyone can download and play <em>Star Trek Online<\/em> at no cost. There&#8217;s no better way to see how sitting in the captain&#8217;s chair feels.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>There are now two types of members; Gold members, who pay $14.99 for extra perks, and the free Silver members.
