Noir<\/em>, is a period drama about a cop working in &#8220;an era of rampant police corruption,&#8221; and would center on the 1940s-1950s &#8220;epic battle&#8221; between Los Angeles Police Chief William Parker (<strong>Neil McDonough<\/strong>) and boxer-turned-mobster Mickey Cohen.<\/p>\n<p>If Pegg signs on for <em>L.A. Noir<\/em>, he would join <strong>Jon Bernthal<\/strong> (<em>Walking Dead<\/em>), McDonough and <strong>Milo Ventimiglia<\/strong> (<em>Heroes<\/em>), who have already signed on for the project.<\/p>\n<p><em>L.A.
