Two new Star Trek<\/em> comics will be released this month and previews of both issues are available now.<\/p>\n

The issues are Star Trek #8: Vulcan’s Vengeance Part 2<\/em>, and Star Trek Classics Volume 3: Encounters with the Unknown<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Star Trek #8: Vulcan’s Vengeance Part 2<\/em> “follows Kirk and the Enterprise crew as they race the clock to save Romulus from the machinations of a renegade Vulcan. Spock’s father, Sarek, plays a central role in Vulcan’s Vengeance, Part 2<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Written by Mike Johnson<\/strong>, with art by Joe Phillips<\/strong> and a cover by Tim Bradstreet<\/strong>, Vulcan’s Vengeance, Part 2<\/em> is thirty-two pages in length and will sell for $3.99. The issue will feature two variant covers; a Bradstreet sketch cover and a photo cover.<\/p>\n

In Star Trek Classics Vol. 3: Encounters with the Unknown<\/em>, four Star Trek: Voyager<\/em> stories are featured, including: False Colors, Avalon Rising, Elite Force<\/em> and Planet Killer<\/em>. In these stories, Captain Janeway and crew encounter enemies and make new allies.<\/p>\n

The stories were penned by Nathan Archer, Janine Ellen Young, Doselle Young, Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning, Kristine Kathryn Rusch<\/strong> and Dean Wesley Smith<\/strong>. Art was created by Jeffrey Moy<\/strong>, David Roach<\/strong> and Robert Teranishi<\/strong>, with a cover by Drew Struzan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Encounters with the Unknown<\/em> is two hundred-and-four pages in length and will cost $21.99.<\/p>\n

Both issues will release tomorrow.<\/p>\n
