Two new Star Trek<\/em> comics will be released tomorrow, but readers can see a preview of both issues today.<\/p>\n

The comics are Star Trek #9<\/em>, and Star Trek TNG\/Doctor Who: Assimilation2 #1<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Star Trek #9<\/em>, written by Mike Johnson<\/strong> with art by Stephen Molnar<\/strong> and covers by Tim Bradstreet<\/strong> and Joe Phillips<\/strong>, is the re-imagining of The Return of the Archons<\/em>. In Star Trek #9<\/em>, “Kirk, Spock and the crew search for a lost Starfleet ship that may hold clues to the future of the entire Federation.”<\/p>\n

In Star Trek TNG\/Doctor Who: Assimilation2 #1<\/em>, written by Scott Tipton, David Tipton and Tony Lee<\/strong>, with art and covers by J.K. Woodward<\/strong> and covers by David Messina<\/strong>, “the Federation’s most terrifying enemy strikes an unholy alliance with one of the Doctor’s most hated antagonists, the result is devastation on a cosmic scale! Spanning the ends of space and time itself, Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the USS Enterprise find themselves joining forces with the Doctor and his companions, with the fate of the galaxy hanging in the balance!”<\/p>\n

Both issues are thirty-two pages in length and will sell for $3.99 each.<\/p>\n
