Female Star Trek<\/em> fans will be pleased to hear that some new Star Trek<\/em>-themed apparel will be released, this time aimed at the ladies.<\/p>\n Her Universe<\/em> will release Star Trek<\/em>-themed fashion tops and hoodies this year, beginning next month.<\/p>\n Set to debut on July 11 at the San Diego Comic-Con International 2012 preview night, the apparel and accessories will “feature characters, images and phrases from across the Star Trek<\/em> franchise,” with a “distinctive and exclusive logo that will appear on all Star Trek<\/em> merchandise in the Her Universe<\/em> collection.”<\/p>\n “Star Trek<\/em> has been one of the most requested sci-fi franchises from our fangirls,\u201d said <\/em>Ashley Eckstein<\/strong>, founder of Her Universe<\/em>. “It is truly a dream come true for me to design for this iconic brand.
