Two new Star Trek<\/em> comics will be released tomorrow, but fans can see a preview of the issues now.<\/p>\n

The comics are Star Trek #13<\/em> and Star Trek: The Next Generation: Hive #1<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In Star Trek #13<\/em>, readers are taken into the world of a “redshirt.” “Everyone knows the joke about the dire fate of crewmembers who wear red on the Enterprise. Even the redshirts themselves! The countdown to next year’s blockbuster Star Trek<\/em> sequel continues here, with a new stand-alone story that shows life on the Enterprise through a redshirt’s eyes!”<\/p>\n

Star Trek #13<\/em> is written by Mike Johnson<\/strong>, with art by Stephen Molna<\/strong>r and cover by Tim Bradstreet<\/strong>. The issue, thirty-two pages in length, will sell for $3.99.<\/p>\n
