X-Men<\/em> co-stars Sir Patrick Stewart <\/strong>and Ian McKellen<\/strong> will be starring in two plays this fall.<\/p>\n

The plays are Harold Pinter<\/strong>‘s No Man’s Land<\/em> and Samuel Beckett<\/strong>‘s Waiting for Godot<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The duo starred in a production of Waiting for Godot<\/em> in 2009.<\/p>\n

No Man’s Land<\/em> is the “story of two writers, Hirst (Stewart) and Spooner (McKellen). Do they really know each other, or are they performing an elaborate charade? The ambiguity intensifies when two other men arrive. Does the quartet inhabit a place between reality and fantasy?”<\/p>\n

In Waiting for Godot<\/em>, Vladimir (Stewart) and Estragon (McKellen) are two men who “distract themselves by joking, arguing and clowning around while waiting for the elusive Godot.”<\/p>\n

Both plays will be directed by Sean Mathias<\/strong>. More information concerning other casting, theater and dates of performances will be announced soon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
