More details have emerged regarding Sleepy Hollow<\/em>, a modern-day supernatural drama from Alex Kurtzman<\/strong> and Roberto Orci<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In Sleepy Hollow<\/em>, Ichabod Crane finds himself transported to present day Sleepy Hollow, where troubles await the time-traveler.<\/p>\n

Crane is\u00a0 described as a captain in the Revolutionary War, who is “catapulted to present day Sleepy Hollow, where he’s indicted for the murder of a police officer.” Not only does Crane have to prove his innocence in a future with which he’s unfamiliar, he had to convince a wary detective investigating the murder that he is from the 18th century.<\/p>\n

Two actors have signed on for the FOX project; Orlando Jones<\/strong> (MadTV, Drumline<\/em>) as Lt. Frank Williams, and Katia Winter<\/strong> (Dexter<\/em>) as Ichabod Crane’s wife, who is a nurse with the 37th Regiment in the Revolutionary War.<\/p>\n

Sleepy Hollow<\/em> will be executive produced by Kurtzman, Orci, Len Wiseman <\/strong>and Heather Kadin<\/strong>. Co-writer Phillip Iscove<\/strong>, who came up with the idea for the series, will be a supervising producer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
