{"id":29459,"date":"2013-09-30T09:41:15","date_gmt":"2013-09-30T16:41:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=29459"},"modified":"2013-09-30T09:41:48","modified_gmt":"2013-09-30T16:41:48","slug":"shatner-october-tour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2013\/09\/shatner-october-tour\/","title":{"rendered":"Shatner October Tour"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29465\" alt=\"ShatnerPondertheMystery090313\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/ShatnerPondertheMystery0903131.gif\" width=\"580\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>William Shatne<\/strong>r will be touring in October to promote his new record, <em>Ponder the Mystery<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ponder the Mystery<\/em>, which will explore themes like &#8216;aging, depression, love, and beauty&#8217;, will be released next Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->&#8220;William Shatner will be performing his new record <em>Ponder the Mystery<\/em> in its entirety along with the prog band <em>Circa<\/em>; featuring<strong> Billy Sherwood<\/strong> (who produced and co-wrote <em>Ponder the Myster<\/em>y with Shatner) and <strong>Tony Kaye<\/strong> both former members of the legendary prog rock band <em>YES<\/em>.&#8221; Three performances will take place in late October, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday, October 23, 2013: Saint Rocke, 142 E Pacific Coast Hwy Hermosa Beach, CA 90254<\/li>\n<li>Thursday, October 24, 2013: The Canyon Club, 28912 Roadside Dr., Agoura, CA 91301<\/li>\n<li>Friday, October 25, 2013: The Coach House, 33157 Camino Capistrano, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;Shatner and Sherwood &#8220;had a vision of taking the record to the stage and performing it live.
