Star Trek into Darkness<\/em>‘ Zachary Quinto<\/strong> gave his thoughts on where Star Trek 3<\/em> would go, story-wise.<\/p>\n Quinto’s remarks came during an interview while he was promoting his latest work, The Chair<\/em>.<\/p>\n “I think the five-year mission will be a part of this next film in some way,” he said. “We’re coming up on the fiftieth anniversary of one of the most iconic sci-fi series in entertainment history so it’s inherently an ongoing story.<\/p>\n “But I do think that we’ll feel some sense of evolution in these characters that’s been building through the first few films.”<\/p>\n Quinto was enthusiastic about Roberto Orci’<\/strong>s involvement with the latest installment of Star Trek<\/em>. “Bob is definitely sort of a purist about the Trek universe so I’ve spoken to him a number of times about his ideas and they’re really exciting and I’m really excited that we get to be a part of his feature directorial debut,” he said.<\/p>\n In other Quinto news, don’t expect to see Sylar when Heroes<\/em> returns, says the actor. “I’ve been in touch with Tim<\/strong> [Kring<\/strong>, creator] and he told me they were doing this and we left the door open for me to be involved, the trouble is really my availability,” said Quinto. “I don’t know that it would really even be possible.
