Three Star Trek<\/em> comics from IDW Publishing<\/em> will be released in February 2015.<\/p>\n The comics include Star Trek\/Planet of the Apes #3, Star Trek Gold Key Archives, Vol. 3<\/em> and Star Trek #42 \u2014 Five-Year Mission: Behemoth.<\/em><\/p>\n Star Trek\/Planet of the Apes #3<\/em> is the third of five installments of the Trek\/Planet of the Apes<\/em> crossover series. Written by Scott<\/strong> and David Tipton,<\/strong> with art and cover by Rachael Stott<\/strong>; in this issue, “Taylor has escaped the Planet of the Apes<\/em>, and Captain Kirk must bring him back. Meanwhile, the Klingon\/Gorilla alliance makes its move against Dr. Zaius and Ape City.”<\/p>\n Thirty-two pages in length, Star Trek\/Planet of the Apes #3<\/em> will sell for $3.99 and there will be a subscription variant cover from Kevin Wada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Star Trek Gold Key Archives, Vol. 3<\/em> features issues #13-18 of the first comic book adventures of the USS Enterprise and her crew. Stories in this issue include Dark Traveler, The Enterprise Mutiny, The Hijacked Planet<\/em>, and more.<\/p>\n Written by Len Wein<\/strong> with art by Alberto Giolitti<\/strong>, and a cover by Michael Stribling<\/strong>, the one-hundred-and-sixty page issue will sell for $29.99.<\/p>\n Star Trek #42 \u2014 Five-Year Mission: Behemoth<\/em> is the second part of a two-part series written by Mike Johnson<\/strong>, and featuring art and a cover by Cat Staggs<\/strong>. In this issue, “the Enterprise crew faces an alien threat unlike any they have encountered before…in any timeline. It’s a race against time to save the ship…or be stranded in uncharted space.”<\/p>\n Overseen by Roberto Orci<\/strong>, the thirty-two page issue will sell for $3.99.
