The IDW Publishing<\/em> comics schedule for March 2015 has been released.<\/p>\n There will be four publications from IDW Publishing<\/em> for the month.<\/p>\n The comics include Star Trek #43, Star Trek Vol. 9: The Q Gambit, Star Trek\/Planet of the Apes #4, <\/em>and Star Trek: New Visions: A Scent of Ghosts<\/em>.<\/p>\n Star Trek #43<\/em> will begin the lead up to Star Trek 3<\/em>, and is “an all-new adventure produced in association with Roberto Orci<\/strong>! Captain Kirk and the crew of the Enterprise find themselves in uncharted space on their five year mission of exploration…but a new alien threat may end their journey prematurely!”<\/p>\n Written by Mike Johnson<\/strong> with art by Claudia Balboni<\/strong> and a cover by Joe Corroney<\/strong>, the thirty-two page issue will sell for $3.99.<\/p>\n Next up is Star Trek Vol. 9: The Q Gambit<\/em>. Written by Mike Johnson<\/strong> with art and a cover by Tony Shasteen<\/strong>, Star Trek Vol. 9: The Q Gambit<\/em> collects issues #35 through #40 of the Q story in one publication.<\/p>\n One-hundred-and-fifty-two pages in length, Star Trek Vol. 9: The Q Gambit<\/em> will sell for $19.99.<\/p>\n The third Trek IDW Publishing<\/em> publication will be Star Trek\/Planet of the Apes #4<\/em>. In this issue, “an uneasy alliance has been forged between Captain Kirk and Colonel Taylor! But will it be enough to prevent Commander Kor and his Klingons from toppling the regime of Doctor Zaius?”<\/p>\n Written by Scott <\/strong>and David Tipton<\/strong>, with art and cover by Rachael Stott<\/strong>, and a cover by J.K. Woodward<\/strong>, this crossover comic will be thirty-two pages in length and will sell for $3.99.<\/p>\n The fourth Trek comic to debut in March 2015 will be Star Trek: New Visions: A Scent of Ghosts<\/em>. Written by John Byrne<\/strong> and featuring art and photo-manipulation by Byrne, this issue features the stories A Scent of Ghosts<\/em> and Memoriam<\/em>. In Star Trek: New Visions: A Scent of Ghosts<\/em>, “past and present collide, as the Enterprise takes aboard a special figure from Spock’s past, only to find themselves haunted by a mystery from years before.
