The Perth Mint of Australia<\/em> has released another set of Star Trek<\/em> coins.<\/p>\n

These coins include Captain Jean Luc Picard, and the USS Enterprise-D.<\/p>\n

The 99.9% pure silver coins are sold individually, or as a set of two. The individual coins are limited to a run of five thousand coins each, while the set is limited to one thousand, five hundred.<\/p>\n

“The Captain Jean-Luc Picard coin depicts the captain in color against a Star Trek<\/em> insignia. To the left, a representation of the U.S.S. Enterprise appears. Inscriptions include CAPTAIN JEAN-LUC PICARD, 1 OZ 999 SILVER and TM & \u00a9 2014 CBS. ARR.”<\/p>\n

“The starship is featured on the second coin all on its own with a more detailed likeness. Behind the ship, a colored image of space and planets is offered. Inscriptions include STAR TREK\u2122, THE NEXT GENERATION, U.S.S. ENTERPRISE NCC-1701-D, 1 OZ 999 SILVER and TM & \u00a9 2014 CBS. ARR.”<\/p>\n
