{"id":41417,"date":"2015-08-11T10:01:28","date_gmt":"2015-08-11T17:01:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=41417"},"modified":"2015-08-11T10:01:28","modified_gmt":"2015-08-11T17:01:28","slug":"star-trek-the-cruise-to-launch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2015\/08\/star-trek-the-cruise-to-launch\/","title":{"rendered":"Star Trek The Cruise To Launch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Entertainment Cruise Productions<\/em> have announced that <em>Star Trek: The Cruise<\/em> will launch in January of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The news was announced at the <em>Official Star Trek Convention<\/em> last weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The officially-licensed cruise will offer fans &#8220;six days and six nights of unique experiences \u2014 including dramatic performances, comedy shows and concerts.<\/p>\n<p>Hosted by <strong>William Shatner<\/strong>, other actors signed up for <em>Star Trek: The Cruise<\/em> include: <strong>Jonathan Frakes, Marina Sirtis, Robert Picardo, John de Lancie, James Darren<\/strong>, and <strong>Denise Crosby<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Entertainment will be provided by the <em>Enterprise Blues Band<\/em>, which features <strong>Vaughn Armstrong, Casey Biggs<\/strong>, and <strong>Steven Rankin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Departing from Miami on January 9, 2017, the cruise will travel to Cozumel, Mexico; Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas.
