It was not her first run in with the law this year; back in April she allegedly rammed a police cruiser.<\/p>\n<p>Lien is charged in the two cases with evading arrest, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, and indecent exposure.<\/p>\n<p>The mental evaluation will &#8220;determine her competency,&#8221; according to Roane County Public Defender <strong>Kim Nelson<\/strong>, whose office is defending Lien.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation will take place at <em>Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute<\/em> in Chattanooga, which bills itself as a place that provides &#8220;quality psychiatric services to individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A mental evaluation has been ordered for Star Trek: Voyager&#8216;s Jennifer Lien.
