{"id":42141,"date":"2015-11-12T10:56:41","date_gmt":"2015-11-12T18:56:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=42141"},"modified":"2015-11-12T10:56:41","modified_gmt":"2015-11-12T18:56:41","slug":"newhart-and-wheaton-on-big-bang-theory","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2015\/11\/newhart-and-wheaton-on-big-bang-theory\/","title":{"rendered":"Newhart And Wheaton On Big Bang Theory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Next month, <strong>Wil Wheaton <\/strong>and<strong> Bob Newhart<\/strong> will appear on an episode of <em>The Big Bang Theory<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Newhart will reprise his role of Arthur (Professor Proton), appearing to Sheldon as &#8220;a ghostly Jedi in Sheldon&#8217;s dreams in a bid to help him sort out his feelings and make a &#8216;very important&#8217; decision.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Arthur died back in Season Seven but &#8220;he can live on in Sheldon&#8217;s conscience forever,&#8221; said <em>BBT<\/em> Showrunner<strong> Steve Molaro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Wheaton will be appearing in the same episode. &#8220;Tomorrow, I start a few days on an episode that also features Bob Newhart,&#8221; he said, via <em>WilWheaton.net<\/em>. &#8220;Holy shit, I can&#8217;t believe that I get to meet Bob Newhart!
