{"id":42185,"date":"2015-11-18T11:09:48","date_gmt":"2015-11-18T19:09:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=42185"},"modified":"2015-11-18T11:10:50","modified_gmt":"2015-11-18T19:10:50","slug":"four-new-starship-models","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2015\/11\/four-new-starship-models\/","title":{"rendered":"Four New Starship Models"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Four new ships have been announced for 2016 by <em>Star Trek: The Official Starships Collection<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The ships will be included in issues Sixty-Three through Sixty-Six.<\/p>\n<p>Issue Sixty-Three will feature the<em> Antares<\/em>, which is based on the remastered version of the ship that was first seen in the original series episode <em>Charlie X<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Issue Sixty-Four will mark the debut of the first human warp-capable ship, Zefram Cochrane&#8217;s <em>Phoenix<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>For fans of <em>Star Trek: Enterprise<\/em>, issue Sixty-Five will feature the <em>Xindi Aquatic<\/em> ship. This is the second Xindi ship to be released; in issue twenty-four a <em>Xindi Insectoid<\/em> ship was released.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth ship announced is the <em>SS Raven<\/em>, Seven of Nine&#8217;s parents&#8217; ship. The <em>SS Raven<\/em> will arrive in issue Sixty-Six.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to these ships, comes word of a Breen warship, which will arrive in issue Sixty-Nine. An <em>NX-01<\/em> refit will also be released in an oversized special issue.
