{"id":42531,"date":"2016-01-14T13:35:40","date_gmt":"2016-01-14T21:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=42531"},"modified":"2016-01-14T13:35:40","modified_gmt":"2016-01-14T21:35:40","slug":"and-even-more-trek-music","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2016\/01\/and-even-more-trek-music\/","title":{"rendered":"And Even More Trek Music!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More announcements have come from <em>La-La Land Records<\/em> about Trek music to be released this year.<\/p>\n<p>One of the releases is indeed an all-<em>Voyager<\/em> collection, as mentioned yesterday. &#8220;Coming this spring\/summer is the long-awaited 4-CD Collection for <em>Star Trek: Voyager<\/em>,&#8221; said <strong>Lukas Kendall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Kendall went on to announce another Trek collection that will surely be of interest to fans. &#8220;and then after that we have a &#8220;<em>Fiftieth Anniversary<\/em>&#8221; <em>Star Trek<\/em> collection that we&#8217;re going to do a little differently&#8230;because we&#8217;re TAKING REQUESTS!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This <em>Fiftieth Anniversary<\/em> album (# of discs TBD) will have music from across the fifty years of the <em>Star Trek<\/em> franchise \u2014 including previously unreleased cues from <em>TNG, DS9, VOY<\/em> (beyond the upcoming album) and <em>ENT<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is not to say there may not be future volumes for <em>DS9, ENT<\/em> and the other shows, but for now, we are concentrating on this<em> Fiftieth Anniversary<\/em> collection to present as much previously unreleased music as we can.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So&#8230;if you have favorite scores and\/or cues, please list them here in this thread!
