{"id":42969,"date":"2016-03-21T10:44:04","date_gmt":"2016-03-21T17:44:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=42969"},"modified":"2016-03-21T10:44:04","modified_gmt":"2016-03-21T17:44:04","slug":"lin-working-long-days-on-star-trek-beyond","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2016\/03\/lin-working-long-days-on-star-trek-beyond\/","title":{"rendered":"Lin Working Long Days On Star Trek Beyond"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Star Trek Beyond<\/em> Director<strong> Justin Lin<\/strong> is spending most of each day working on the post-production of the movie.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Justin Lin works really fast,&#8221; said <strong>Logan Hill<\/strong>, an entertainment writer who visited the editing offices recently. &#8220;He&#8217;s got a reputation in the business [as a director] who can turn massive projects around very, very quickly. He works from nine in the morning to two A.M. in the [editing] office, five days a week. Dude doesn&#8217;t sleep.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve talked to actors who&#8217;ve been on set with him and they said that he would show up on set, he&#8217;d film all day \u2013 and at nine o&#8217;clock everybody&#8217;d go out to dinner, [but Lin] would go into the editing bay and sleep.
