Fans of the bold colors of Star Trek: The Animated Series<\/em> will enjoy Anovos<\/em>‘ Retro Starfleet Uniform Shirts<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The shirts come in gold, read, and blue and command green, but this is not a tame green but a vivid forest green.<\/p>\n

“These shirts are something we\u2019ve always wanted to produce, but waited until now to bring them out to celebrate a couple of significant events at the same time,” said John Cooley<\/strong>, Anovos<\/em> product designer. “Of course, chief among those was the 50th Anniversary of Star Trek<\/em>, but we also wanted to acknowledge the original shirts themselves. Made by Donmoor<\/em> for their Star Trek<\/em> line of kids’ clothes, they were the first officially licensed Star Trek<\/em> uniform shirts ever made and were in stores and on kids in 1975 and 1976, making this their Fortieth anniversary.”<\/p>\n

The forest green of the new shirt is “most likely the actual color Bill Theiss<\/strong> intended for command,” said Cooley.<\/p>\n

The new shirts will cost $50.00 each and will be available in sizes ranging from small to 2XL. The shirts can be pre-ordered here<\/a>.
