{"id":44201,"date":"2016-08-02T11:03:10","date_gmt":"2016-08-02T18:03:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=44201"},"modified":"2016-08-02T11:03:10","modified_gmt":"2016-08-02T18:03:10","slug":"new-star-trek-role-play-game","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2016\/08\/new-star-trek-role-play-game\/","title":{"rendered":"New Star Trek Role Play Game"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new <em>Star Trek<\/em> role play game from <em>Modiphius Entertainment<\/em> will be arriving next summer.<\/p>\n<p>The game is called <em>Star Trek: Adventures<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Star Trek: Adventures<\/em>, set in the prime timeline, the game will use &#8220;the <em>Modiphius<\/em> 2d20 game system (<em>Mutant Chronicles, Infinity, Conan, John Carter of Mars<\/em>) designed by <strong>Jay Little<\/strong> (<em>Star Wars: Edge of the Empire, X-Wing Miniatures Game<\/em>). <em>Modiphius<\/em> is also sculpting an accompanying<em> Star Trek<\/em> miniature figure line, the first to be produced in seventeen years.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>There will be &#8220;pre-generated characters for many of the well known personalities from <em>Star Trek<\/em> including Picard, Kirk and more,&#8221;
