The first one-hundred-and-fifty who order the collection will &#8220;receive a signed booklet autographed by<strong> Dennis McCarthy<\/strong> at no extra charge.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Disc One features over seventy-five minutes of music, as does the second disc.
