{"id":44582,"date":"2016-09-27T11:09:32","date_gmt":"2016-09-27T18:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=44582"},"modified":"2016-09-27T11:09:32","modified_gmt":"2016-09-27T18:09:32","slug":"allegiance-to-arrive-in-theaters-this-december","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2016\/09\/allegiance-to-arrive-in-theaters-this-december\/","title":{"rendered":"Allegiance To Arrive In Theaters This December"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For those who were unable to see <strong>George Takei<\/strong>&#8216;s <em>Allegiance<\/em> during its run in New York City in 2015 and 2016, there will be a one night presentation of the show in December.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fathom Events<\/em> will present George Takei&#8217;s <em>Allegiance: The Broadway Musical On The Big Screen<\/em> at movie theaters across the nation on December 13 at 7:30 PM local time.<\/p>\n<p><em>Allegiance<\/em> is the story of the Kimura family, who were sent to an internment camp during World War II.<\/p>\n<p>The evening will begin with an exclusive introduction by Takei, followed by the movie. Audiences will also be treated to behind-the-scenes footage as well as interviews with cast and creators.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets go on sale November 11, and can be ordered <a href=\"http:\/\/fathomevents.com\/event\/allegiance\">here<\/a>.
