{"id":44742,"date":"2016-10-24T12:27:39","date_gmt":"2016-10-24T19:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=44742"},"modified":"2016-10-24T12:27:39","modified_gmt":"2016-10-24T19:27:39","slug":"pegg-speaks-to-an-iss-astronaut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2016\/10\/pegg-speaks-to-an-iss-astronaut\/","title":{"rendered":"Pegg Speaks To An ISS Astronaut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Simon Pegg<\/strong> spoke about <em>Star Trek Beyond<\/em> with Astronaut<strong> Kate Rubins<\/strong>, currently aboard the <em>International Space Station<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That is fantastic,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I have never spoken to anyone in space before.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I got a chance to watch your movie [<em>Star Trek: Beyond<\/em>], said Rubins, &#8220;and I think probably I have the best view because I watched it from our cupola, which is our windows that are facing the Earth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That is incredible,&#8221; replied Pegg.<\/p>\n<p>Rubins went on to compliment the movie, saying that &#8220;your special effects guys get it [Yorktown] right.
