In May, expect to see four Star Trek<\/em> comics from IDW Publishing<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The Trek comics include Star Trek Boldly Go #8, Star Trek\/Green Lantern Volume 2 #6, Star Trek Waypoint #5<\/em>, and Star Trek: TNG: Mirror Broken #1.<\/em><\/p>\n

In Star Trek: Boldly Go #8<\/em>, “it’s up to Kirk, Spock and the Academy cadets, including their newest member, Jaylah, to solve the murder of the Romulan ambassador before the Babel peace conference ends in disaster and a new course is set for galactic war.”<\/p>\n

Written by Mike Johnson<\/strong>, with art by Megan Levens<\/strong> and a cover by George Caltsoudas<\/strong>, the thirty-two page issue will cost $3.99. Look for three variant covers.<\/p>\n

Next up is Star Trek\/Green Lantern Volume 2 #6.<\/em> In this issue, “the conclusion to the blockbuster event of 2017 answers the question…Will it be a new dawn for the Green Lantern Corps in the Star Trek<\/em> universe…or will Sinestro and Khan succeed in conquering the new timeline for themselves?”<\/p>\n

Written by Mike Johnson<\/strong> with art and cover by Angel Hernandez<\/strong>, the thirty-two page issue will cost $3.99. Look for a subscription variant and a variant cover by George Caltsoudas<\/strong> and Elizabeth Beals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The third comic for May is Star Trek Waypoint #5<\/em>. In this issue, written by Simon Roy and Cavan Scott<\/strong>, with art by Roy and Josh Hood<\/strong>, two new tales will be chronicled. One will be an original series story featuring the prime directive, while the other story is a Deep Space Nine<\/em> story featuring Doctor Bashir.<\/p>\n

Thirty-two pages in length, Star Trek Waypoint #5<\/em> will cost $3.99.<\/p>\n

Last up is Star Trek: TNG: Mirror Broken #1<\/em>. In this issue, written by Scott Tipton<\/strong> and David Tipton<\/strong>, with art and cover by J.K. Woodward<\/strong>, “Captain Jean-Luc Picard will stop at nothing to get his hands on the Empire’s newest warship, the ISS Enterprise<\/em>, be it lies, deception…or murder. With enemies and allies around every corner, Picard’s quest to help the Enterprise and restore the Empire to glory will not be an easy one.
