Kirk from The Original Series and <em>USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D<\/em> Captain Jean-Luc Picard from <em>The Next Generation<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Star Trek<\/em> is hands down one of the most groundbreaking and innovative franchises in the history of entertainment,&#8221; said <strong>Todd McFarlane<\/strong>, owner and CEO of <em>McFarlane Toys<\/em>. &#8220;We plan on carrying that forward with our upcoming toy lines, giving fans a fresh and detailed look that their favorite characters deserve.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We are excited to sign <em>McFarlane Toys<\/em> as the first licensee for <em>Star Trek: Discovery<\/em>,&#8221; said <strong>Veronica Hart<\/strong>, senior vice president of <em>CBS Consumer Products<\/em>. &#8220;Its commitment to quality and dedication to fans is the perfect combination to bring this line-up of products to life.
