{"id":46270,"date":"2017-07-03T11:16:05","date_gmt":"2017-07-03T18:16:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=46270"},"modified":"2017-07-03T11:16:05","modified_gmt":"2017-07-03T18:16:05","slug":"james-cromwell-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2017\/07\/james-cromwell-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"James Cromwell Arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Actor <strong>James Cromwell<\/strong>, best-known to Trek fans for his role as Zefram Cochrane in <em>Star Trek: First Contact<\/em>, was arrested and sentenced to a week in jail.<\/p>\n<p>The arrest was a result of Cromwell&#8217;s refusal to pay a $375.00 fine over a 2015 New York power plant sit-in protest during which he and six others obstructed traffic.<\/p>\n<p>Cromwell has until July 14 to change his mind and pay the fine. Don&#8217;t count on him doing that though.
