This weekend, several photos featuring Star Trek: Discovery<\/em> actors were released.<\/p>\n

The first image comes courtesy of Mary Chieffo<\/strong>, showing Chieffo as the Klingon L’Rell along with Chris Obi<\/strong> as T’Kuvma.<\/p>\n

“L’Rell lives!” said Chieffo. “First official photo of me as T’Kuvma’s Battle-Deck Commander.”<\/p>\n

The other photo features Michelle Yeoh<\/strong> as Philippa Georgiou, and Sonequa Martin-Green<\/strong> as Michael Burnham. The EW<\/em> column accompanying the photo mentions that Burnham has been mentored by Georgiou at the request of Sarek (James Frain<\/strong>), and is now “ready to take command of her own ship.”<\/p>\n
