{"id":46474,"date":"2017-08-01T11:02:30","date_gmt":"2017-08-01T18:02:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=46474"},"modified":"2017-08-01T11:02:30","modified_gmt":"2017-08-01T18:02:30","slug":"behr-deep-space-nine-what-we-left-behind","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2017\/08\/behr-deep-space-nine-what-we-left-behind\/","title":{"rendered":"Behr: Deep Space Nine &#8211; What We Left Behind"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: What We Left Behind<\/em> Producer <strong>Ira Steven Behr<\/strong> updated fans in a <em>TrekMovie<\/em> interview on the progress of the documentary.<\/p>\n<p>According to Behr, the documentary is well underway, and they have &#8220;started a very rough assembly&#8221; of the film, sorting through &#8220;various interviews to identify the salient moments that work the best, and that is a pretty big job right there.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The documentary will be ninety minutes in length after cutting it down from &#8220;one hundred-and-fifty hours of interviews plus everything else,&#8221; said Behr. &#8220;&#8230;There are going to be extras galore, like the <em>Writer&#8217;s Room: Breaking Episode 1<\/em> of the mythical <em>season 8<\/em>.
