said <em>CBS Corporation<\/em>&#8216;s <strong>Les Moonves.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Star Trek: Discovery<\/em> will be aired on <em>CTV<\/em> and then <em>Space <\/em>and<em> Z<\/em>, with the ability to stream shows later on <em>CraveTV<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>There are also plans to expand <em>CBS All Access<\/em> to &#8220;other international markets by next year.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em>Star Trek: Discovery<\/em> is part of the strategy to grow<em> CBS All Acces<\/em>s. &#8220;We determined that <em>Star Trek<\/em> will be far better for <em>All Access<\/em> and will earn us more money,&#8221; said Moonves.<\/p>\n<p><em>CBS<\/em> also plans a streaming sports channel and hopes to exceed four million subscribers by the end of the year. &#8220;There is a huge opportunity for <em>CBS<\/em> to go direct-to-consumer on a much bigger scale worldwide,&#8221;
