{"id":47130,"date":"2017-11-02T12:44:38","date_gmt":"2017-11-02T19:44:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=47130"},"modified":"2017-11-02T12:44:38","modified_gmt":"2017-11-02T19:44:38","slug":"star-trek-bridge-crew-to-imax-vr-centers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2017\/11\/star-trek-bridge-crew-to-imax-vr-centers\/","title":{"rendered":"Star Trek: Bridge Crew To IMAX VR Centers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Star Trek: Bridge Crew<\/em>, the co-op multiplayer set aboard a Federation vessel, will be found in<em> IMAX VR<\/em> centers soon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Created by<em> Ubisoft&#8217;<\/em>s<em> Red Storm Entertainment<\/em>, the new edition was &#8216;redesigned and optimized&#8217; for <em>IMAX VR<\/em> centers, the company&#8217;s dedicated out-of-home VR facilities, and contains a mission called <em>Rescue at Perseph<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With up to four people per &#8216;pod&#8217;, the new mission puts players at the game&#8217;s familiar consoles set aboard the <em>USS Aegis<\/em>, and tasks the crew with rescuing a stranded group of Vulcan scientists escaping from a damaged space station. Klingon interference is mostly assured, because let&#8217;s face it, they aren&#8217;t known for doing the whole &#8216;peace&#8217; thing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Available now at the <em>IMAX VR<\/em> center in Los Angeles, expect to see<em> Star Trek: Bridge Crew &#8211; Rescue at Perseph<\/em> in New York and Shanghai soon.
