May will be a busy month for Star Trek<\/em> comics, with seven Trek-themed comics arriving in stores.<\/p>\n

The comics include: Star Trek: The Next Generation: Through The Mirror #s 1-5, Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #2,<\/em> and Star Trek: Boldly Go, Vol. 3.<\/em><\/p>\n

In Star Trek: The Next Generation: Through The Mirror #<\/em>1, “the Mirror Universe Next Generation<\/em> crew is looking for new worlds to conquer, and they’re crossing over to the Prime Star Trek<\/em> Universe to find them! Also in each issue: Just how did the Mirror Universe crew find their way to ours, and what does Emperor Spock have to do with it? Backup stories every issue illustrated by Mirror Broken<\/em> co-creator J.K. Woodward<\/strong>!” All five issues of Through the Mirror<\/em> were co-written by David<\/strong> and Scott Tipton<\/strong>, are thirty-two pages long and cost $3.99 each.<\/p>\n

Through The Mirror #1<\/em> is illustrated by Chris Johnson<\/strong> and J.K. Woodward, both of whom also provide cover art.<\/p>\n

In Star Trek: The Next Generation: Through The Mirror #2<\/em>, “When the Enterprise-D<\/em> discovers a burned-out, pillaged Andorian vessel, the search for the culprits behind it leads to some startlingly familiar faces!”<\/p>\n

This issue was illustrated by Marcus To<\/strong>, and J.K. Woodward, both of whom also do covers for the issue.<\/p>\n

In Star Trek: The Next Generation: Through The Mirror #3<\/em>, “It’s interstellar espionage aboard the Enterprise-D<\/em> when the Mirror Universe crew infiltrates Captain Picard’s ship! What are they up to? The answers are here!”<\/p>\n

In this issue, Josh Hood<\/strong> and J.K. Woodward provide the art and create the covers.<\/p>\n

In Star Trek: The Next Generation: Through The Mirror #4<\/em>, “Finally, Mirror Picard’s plot is revealed! It’s Enterprise<\/em> crew versus Enterprise<\/em> crew, with the fate of a galaxy hanging in the balance!”<\/p>\n

Look for art and cover work by Carlos Nieto<\/strong> and J.K. Woodward.<\/p>\n

Finally, in Star Trek: The Next Generation: Through The Mirror #5<\/em>, “Can Captain Picard prevent his Mirror counterpart’s plans for galactic conquest? It’s the explosive finale.”<\/p>\n

Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #2<\/em> is “the second Discovery<\/em> miniseries from IDW Publishing.<\/em>” In this issue, “your favorite characters from the hit CBS All Access<\/em> series dive into an adventure tied directly into the second half of the first season.”<\/p>\n

Written by Mike Johnson <\/strong>and Kirsten Beyer<\/strong>, and featuring art by Angel Hernandez, Elizabeth Beals<\/strong>, and Declan Shalvey<\/strong> (with covers by all three), Succession #2<\/em> will be thirty-two pages in length and will sell for $3.99.<\/p>\n

Finally, Star Trek: Boldly Go, Vol. 3<\/em> asks, “What if Kirk and the Enterprise<\/em> crew were robots? What if Klingons founded Starfleet? What if Spock wasn’t Vulcan?
