{"id":47901,"date":"2018-03-02T13:13:51","date_gmt":"2018-03-02T21:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=47901"},"modified":"2018-04-13T13:28:30","modified_gmt":"2018-04-13T20:28:30","slug":"a-new-klingon-tourist-center-in-sweden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2018\/03\/a-new-klingon-tourist-center-in-sweden\/","title":{"rendered":"A New Klingon Tourist Center In Sweden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Swedish fans of the Klingons of <em>Star Trek<\/em> might want to make a trip to Stockholm soon, where a Klingon tourist center is now open.<\/p>\n<p>A small theater in the Swedish capital has been transformed into an immersive &#8220;Klingon tourist center,&#8221; called <em>Visit Qo&#8217;noS<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>At <em>Visit Qo&#8217;noS<\/em>, the &#8220;is filled with information stalls promoting everything the imagined planet has to offer potential travelers as well as maps, brochures and visa application material.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Once inside, guests are treated to live performances of Klingon Opera and martial arts battle re-enactments from Klingon ambassadors Ban&#8217;Shee, Mara, Morath and Klag.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s even a 3D replica of the Klingon capital, First City.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Visitors will receive language lessons, and tips on how to &#8220;best&#8230;interact&#8221; with the warriorlike race.
