There are some aspects of the deal to be finalized, but there is a verbal commitment from all parties.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The same source also said that &#8220;animated series [are] also in the works, and Patrick could easily lend his voice to them.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;An announcement will be made in the next few weeks [<em>San Diego Comic Con<\/em>?] and the show should be out next year.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As always, treat this as a rumor until verified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is more talk about Sir Patrick Stewart returning to Star Trek.
