In January, IDW Publishing<\/em> will offer three comics of interest to Star Trek<\/em> fans. Plus: Look for hardcover collection of five complete Trek graphic novels in March!<\/p>\n

The titles include: Star Trek: IDW 20\/20, Star Trek vs. Transformers #5, <\/em>and Star Trek: The Q Conflict #1.<\/em><\/p>\n

Star Trek: IDW 20\/20<\/em> “kicks off IDW<\/em>‘s year-long twentieth anniversary celebration! An all-new weekly event giving a glimpse of your favorite characters twenty years into the future\u2014or past! What made them into the heroes you love\u2026 and what twists does the future hold…?<\/p>\n

“Twenty years before he took command of the U.S.S. Enterprise-D<\/em>, Jean-Luc Picard sat in the captain’s chair of the U.S.S. Stargazer.<\/em> Picard served with distinction aboard the Stargazer<\/em> for many years on his way to becoming the most respected captain in Starfleet. Thirty-six pages in length, Star Trek: IDW 20\/20<\/em> will be written by Peter David<\/strong>, and will feature art and a cover by J.K. Woodward<\/strong>. The cost for Star Trek: IDW 20\/20<\/em> is $4.99.<\/p>\n

Star Trek vs. Transformers #5<\/em> presents “the stunning conclusion” to the crossover series. “As the Klingon-Decepticon alliance prepares to wipe out their enemies once and for all, Kirk and the Autobots make one last desperate bid to merge Cybertronian technology with Starfleet ingenuity. It’s a final conflict you won’t want to miss!”<\/p>\n

Written by John Barber<\/strong> and Mike Johnson<\/strong>, Star Trek vs. Transformers #5<\/em> features art by Philip Murphy<\/strong>, and covers by Murphy and Josh Burcham<\/strong>. The comic will be thirty-two pages in length and will cost $3.99.<\/p>\n

Star Trek: The Q Conflict #1<\/em> is the first issue of The Q Conflict <\/em>story. “When a dispute between godlike beings threatens the galaxy, it will take all of Starfleet’s best captains to stop them. Join James T. Kirk, Jean-Luc Picard, Kathryn Janeway, and Benjamin Sisko as they go head-to-head in a competition that will determine the fate of the Earth and beyond. Written by Scott<\/strong> and David Tipton<\/strong>, Star Trek: The Q Conflict #1<\/em> features art and a cover by David Messina<\/strong>. The thirty-two page issue will sell for $3.99.<\/p>\n

In March, Star Trek: The Next Generation \u2014 The Missions Continue<\/em> will make its debut. This hardcover release will contain five complete graphic novels. They include: The Space Between, Intelligence Gathering, Last Generation, Ghosts<\/em>, and Hive.<\/em><\/p>\n

Writers for the series include Brannon Braga, Scott Tipton, Zander Cannon<\/strong>, and more. Artists include David Messina, Gordon Purcell,<\/strong> and more. The cover will be provided by Joe Corroney.<\/strong><\/p>\n
