{"id":50769,"date":"2019-05-06T12:03:10","date_gmt":"2019-05-06T19:03:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/?p=50769"},"modified":"2019-05-06T12:03:10","modified_gmt":"2019-05-06T19:03:10","slug":"cbs-announces-star-trek-global-franchise-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trektoday.com\/content\/2019\/05\/cbs-announces-star-trek-global-franchise-group\/","title":{"rendered":"CBS Announces Star Trek Global Franchise Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>CBS<\/em> has announced the formation of a <em>Star Trek<\/em> global franchise group, to &#8220;manage and maximize the expansion of the brand beyond the traditional boundaries of linear broadcasting and streaming.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This group will be led by <em>CBS Studios&#8217;<\/em> <strong>Veronica Hart<\/strong>, who will be executive vice president of the newly-formed group.
