Sundry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Star Trek: The Next Generation<\/em>&#8216;s <strong>Wil Wheaton<\/strong> and his loan-out company <em>Media Dynamics<\/em> is suing <em>Legendary Geek &amp; Sundry<\/em> for breach of contract.<\/p>\n<p>According to Wheaton,<em> Legendary<\/em> hired him in 2015 to &#8220;create, write, executive produce, and host a webseries call <em>Titansgrave: The Ashes of Valkana<\/em>,&#8221; and the actor would be paid $50,000 and fifty percent of the net profit from the series.<\/p>\n<p>In addition,<em> Legendary<\/em> was supposed to &#8220;consult meaningfully&#8221; with Wheaton about distributing and promoting <em>Titansgrave: The Ashes of Valkana<\/em>,&#8221; but instead,<em> Legendary<\/em> negotiated license agreements without telling him.<\/p>\n<p>It is assumed that <em>Legendary<\/em> has &#8220;collected significant fees&#8221; as a result of these agreements and so Wheaton would be due his fair share, but according to Wheaton, they refuse to permit him to audit their books.<\/p>\n<p>Wheaton seeks at least $100,000 in the lawsuit, and wants a &#8220;full accounting&#8221;
