In addition, <em>Paramount<\/em> president of production <strong>Elizabeth Raposo<\/strong> has also signed a new contract.<\/p>\n<p>All of this comes ahead of the expected <em>Viacom-CBS<\/em> merger. The merger will make Gianopulos&#8217; boss CEO <strong>Bob Bakish. Joe Ianniello<\/strong> will &#8220;oversee the <em>CBS<\/em> brands,&#8221; and the CFO will be <strong>Christina Spade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Gianopulos is a former chairman of <em>20th Century Fox<\/em>.
