Three Star Trek<\/em> comics will arrive in November courtesy of IDW Publishing<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The comics include: Star Trek: Picard: Countdown #1, Star Trek: Year Five #8, <\/em>and Star Trek: Year Five: Odyssey’s End (Book 1)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The new Star Trek: Picard<\/em> comic debuts in November. In Countdown #1<\/em>, “You’ve seen the trailer…now witness the events leading to CBS All Access<\/em>‘s Picard. Before he retired to his vineyard, Jean-Luc Picard was the most decorated admiral in Starfleet. Then one mission changed his life forever. The Countdown starts here!”<\/p>\n

Star Trek: Picard: Countdown #1<\/em> was written by Mike Johnson<\/strong> and Kirsten Beyer<\/strong>, and features a cover by Sara Pitre-Durocher.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The thirty-six page issue will sell for $4.99.<\/p>\n

Next up is Star Trek: Year Five #8<\/em>. In this issue, “As a fleet of Tholian vessels closes in, Kirk and the rest of the crew struggle to free the Enterprise<\/em> from the Tholian Web before it’s too late. And with the destruction of the ship hanging in the balance, Bright Eyes will have to make a choice between their human friends or going home. The final voyages of the original mission continue here!”<\/p>\n

Written by Jackson Lanzing<\/strong> and Collin Kelly<\/strong>, Year Five #8<\/em> will feature art by Stephen Thompson<\/strong>, and covers by Thompson and J.J. Lendl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Finally, Star Trek: Year Five: Odyssey’s End (Book 1)<\/em> will also arrive in November.
