Today, CBS All Access<\/em> shared some Federation ships concept art via their Star Trek on CBS All Access Twitter<\/em> page.<\/p>\n

In the first photo the ships include the USS Nog NCC-325070 Eisenberg Class, <\/em>the USS Le Guin NCC-325060 Mars Class<\/em>, and the USS Maathai NCC-325023 Angelou Class<\/em><\/p>\n

The USS Nog<\/em> is of course named in honor of Aron Eisenberg<\/strong>, who portrayed Nog on Deep Space Nine<\/em> and who passed away in 2019, and the USS Le Guin<\/em> was named for speculative author Ursula K. Le Guin<\/strong>. The USS Maathai<\/em> is named after Green Belt Movemen<\/em>t founder Wangari Maathia<\/strong>, and the Angelou<\/em> class is named for poet Maya Angelou.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The second photo includes: the USS Annan NCC-325051 Saturn Class<\/em>, the USS Jubayr NCC-325068 Courage Class<\/em>, and the USS Voyager-J NCC-74656-J Intrepid Class.<\/em><\/p>\n

The USS Annan<\/em> is named for former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan<\/strong>, and the USS Jubayr<\/em> is named for 13th century geographer Ibn Jubayr<\/strong>. The USS Voyager<\/em> would be a future version of the USS Voyager<\/em> from Star Trek: Voyager.<\/em><\/p>\n
