By the end of the year, fans should be able to buy all three seasons of the original series and the eleven Star Trek<\/i> feature films on Blu-Ray. <\/p>\n
As reported by The Digital Bits<\/a>, two more Star Trek DVD sets will be released on May 12th. The sets are from the original series and from Star Trek: The Next Generation<\/i>. The first set, The Best of Star Trek: The Original Series<\/i> will include: The City on the Edge of Forever<\/i>, The Trouble with Tribbles<\/i>, Balance of Terror<\/i> and Amok Time<\/i>. These episodes will be the remastered versions. In addition to the already announced seasons and films, the rumor is that the rest of The Next Generation<\/i> films (Star Trek: Generations<\/i>, Star Trek: First Contact<\/i>, Star Trek: Insurrection<\/i> and Star Trek: Nemesis<\/i>) will be released on Blu-Ray in time for the holidays.
