Shane Senter<\/b>, the organizer of the science fiction convention JumpCon, was indicted for his role in the failed series of conventions last year.<\/p>\n
As reported by Airlock Alpha<\/a>, Senter faces two counts of theft as well as four counts of unfair or deceptive business practices. Last July, Senter canceled the Boston JumpCon. “Many factors that needed to come together to make it happen simply did not,” he explained at the time. “We tried everything humanly possible and were unable to overcome the insurmountable obstacles.”<\/p>\n
