Abrams&#8217;s<\/strong> new spy drama, will debut at Comic-Con in July.<\/p>\n<p>The official Twitter of <em>Undercovers<\/em> posted a tweet yesterday regarding the <em>Undercovers<\/em> pilot. &#8220;Going to Comic-Con next July? If so, I can almost guarantee that <em>Undercovers<\/em> will be there with their pilot!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-8042\" title=\"122909Undercovers\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/122909Undercovers1.gif\" alt=\"122909Undercovers\" width=\"200\" height=\"166\" \/>Information on <em>Undercovers<\/em> has been kept under wraps, but <strong>Gerald McRaney<\/strong> (<em>Jericho, Deadwood, Major Dad<\/em>) and <strong>Boris Kodjo<\/strong>e (<em>Second Time Around, Soul Food<\/em>) have been confirmed for the spy drama.<\/p>\n<p><em>Undercovers<\/em> is about a husband and wife spy team, Samantha and Steve, who are called out of retirement from the profession and back into service. They are a happy, loving couple, who would &#8220;never even think about killing one another,&#8221; according to Abrams. The couple has also agreed to never bring up each other&#8217;s pasts.<\/p>\n<p>The pilot episode will open with the pair hunting down a former love of Samantha&#8217;s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Undercovers, J.J.
