Abrams<\/strong> film will strike Oscar gold.<\/p>\n<p>While most Oscar fans will be waiting to see whether <strong>Avatar <\/strong>or<strong> The Hurt Locker<\/strong> will walk away with Best Picture honors, Trek fans are hoping that at the end of the night <em>Star Trek<\/em> will have laid claim to its first Oscar.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Four separate<em> Star Trek<\/em> movies have been nominated for ten Oscars, but all came away empty-handed.
