His rise to fame as <em>Star Trek<\/em>&#8216;s Captain James T. Kirk will also be explored.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/ShatnerStock.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-9472\" title=\"ShatnerStock\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trektoday.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/ShatnerStock.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"162\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Canadian pay TV channel Movie Central will partner with Melis Production and Ballinran Productions to produce the project. <strong>David Zappone<\/strong> and <strong>Craig Thompson<\/strong> will be executive producers.
