Paramount has picked up the rights to the Victorian Age story Boilerplate<\/em> and adding to his already busy schedule, J.J. Abrams<\/strong> will produce an adaptation of the story.<\/p>\n

Boilerplate: History’s Mechanical Marve<\/em>l, is an illustrated book by Paul Guinan <\/strong>and Anina Bennett<\/strong> that tells the story of Boilerplate, a mechanical man developed in the 1880s and unveiled at the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition.<\/p>\n
